The easiest way to think of time is as a cycle. You can think of the wheels of a bicycle, or a watch. If you imagine a point on the wall of the tire that stays put in space while the tire rotates, eventually all points cycle back around. In other words, if you look at a watch and it is six and you never look at any other number than six, you will find that six is involved for the span of an hour twice a day.
The spiritual wheel is no different. What goes around comes back around, although when it returns it is often scrambled up. Hence, one may say there is an echo in time, or in some cases, that the same things continue to happen in different combinations until they resolve.
With that in mind, then, we may think of Tecumseh, the Shawnee Indian chief. The Shawnee elders state that they originally came from a geographic location beyond Spain and closer to Italy. When they state this, they do not mean in any modern sense, but of a time span stretching back some 70,000 years. This would place them possibly in the corridor of existence with some Neanderthals. Likewise, it might also coincide with the not distant history of the gates of Atlantis or at the very least, an Atlantian settlement that happened to be near Southern Spain. Others find the origin of the Shawnee with the Delaware or Lenape tribe, which is also very old and has many ties to Siberia and Scandinavia.
In either case, it makes their culture very, very old. When a culture is sufficiently old, it learns how nature speaks. It may forget its identity as it mixes in with other cultures, but a baseline understanding once achieved is hard to shake. Whatever the descent of the Shawnee, it is apparent that the culture dates back some time to a Great Ice Age.
Tecumseh, then, in 1811 spots a sign in the heavens that he takes to be an important sign. He has been preparing the tribes to unite for some time on the North American continent. He knows that the “white men” are becoming too numerous and are taking over the land and pushing the Native Americans from their place of residence. He also knows that the white people do not respect the Native Americans as a culture. (see link for a take on a Native voice regarding how their civilization traded and worked

It is time for Tecumseh to see whether all his stratagems have paid off or not. A time of judgment has arrived. He has seen the eclipse in 1806. Now the comet.
